The CCOCM is taking applications for the position of Associate Director. The Associate Director is expected to have a working knowledge of the structure and ministry of the United Methodist Church and must be deeply committed to African American and Ethnic Ministries. The Associate Director must have good administrative, organizational, and communication skills as well as exhibit a Christ-like attitude and willingness to model servant leadership. The Associate Director will work with a variety of Commissions, Committees, and groups.
All Connectional Ministries program staff are expected to proactively seek to strengthen, equip, encourage, and assist local churches so all persons will come to know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. The Associate Director will work with the Director of Connectional Ministries in keeping the CCOCM focused on making disciples of Jesus Christ.
Salary is negotiable and will be based on the applicant’s experience and expertise.
